We do not accept returns or offer refunds for original artwork.
Legacy ARTwear (Dresses)
You may return clothing items within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- You must include proof of purchase.
- Please contact us before sending anything back.
We do not accept returns after 7 days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.
Note:
- Sale items are non-refundable.
- Refunds do not include shipping costs.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.
